In Augusta at the Augusta Classic Matt Bell ran away with his second A-tier win of his career. Matt has had a strong season and we knew it would just be a matter of time before he took that next step into the winner's circle. He said after the event: "It was an incredible feeling playing with control and confidence all four rounds with my Latitude 64 discs". Congrats to Matt for a breakout performance.
The other event was in Joplin Missouri, the Four States Open. Team Westside/Team 64 soldier Chris Clemons had an amazing Homecoming. Chris was from Joplin, but had recently moved to Kansas City. Coming back to his hometown he was determined to play his best. It took him till the third round to take lead over fellow teammate Dave Feldberg, but after that he was in the zone making putts from all over the green. Trilogies family member Ron Convers and Feldberg pushed Chris, but as he parked the 415 foot 17th hole Chris had closed the deal. Winning his first A-tier and over two thousand dollars, we congratulate him for a great weekend of play. After the round Chris said "It was pretty awesome. It feels great. Hard work pays off." Feldberg finished in third still playing consistent this year.
